Celtic Storm Films began as a small film making company that has grown steadily over the years, improvising and often adjusting to certain requirements within the industry with imaginative and thought provoking concepts.

As they say, from little acorns a big tree will grow, and whilst we do have a long way to go on our journey to that Oscar or BAFTA, we're going to try hard to gain recognition for our films, whatever genres they're in...

Innovation and Improvisation are key elements to making films these days, and we are certainly good at putting our hand to any area of film production, whether it's Camera Operators, Booms, Editing, Directing, Producing and even Special FX, both manual and digital.

Our main area is in production of our own films, but we do consider unsolicited scripts and treatments from external sources aswell and we'll consider any genres, from drama to factual.

We work closely with other professional companies and organizations, such as Digisol FX (Special FX Editing) and Lionblade Films Ltd (Corporate Filming) as well as a very broad production team from all over Cumbria.

But just because we are based in Cumbria, does not mean we are any less professional in what we do!

Collaborations are a must in this day and age when funding for independent film production is not as readily available as some say it should be, but we strive to prove our worth in a very large industry, so working together is always a bonus for us and we have had some excellent working collaborations along the way so far
